As of our latest website update, this community is under construction and is not completed, and temporary or final certificates of occupancy have not been issued by applicable governmental authorities with respect to all or a portion thereof, which portion may include the apartment home in which you are interested. Notwithstanding anything presented, whether orally or in writing, during any visit you have made to the community, the owner makes no, and hereby expressly disclaims, any and all warranties or representations with regard to the timing of completion of the community, your ability to move in to your selected apartment home or the use of all or any portion of the amenities.
